3 Genius Tips on How to Get a Glowing Skin

So, you have a party this weekend, right?

And you don’t know how to make your dull skin get all glowy-glowy within the deadline?

Is that it?

Well, I think this is something almost every one of us feels literally everyday.

I mean, even if I didn’t get out of my house, my skin would still get dull for some reason. The funny thing is, I didn’t have any idea why it happened until I did a little research.

So, that’s the first thing I will discuss in the article. And then, I will tell you about how I took care of that situation accordingly. Let’s get started, then.

Why Does Our Skin Get Dull?

Dehydration is the primary cause of our skin getting dull and musky. It usually happens when you don’t drink enough water or lack moisture on your skin. According to a review, using tobacco regularly can impair the collagen production of your body and might increase your oxidative stress. All of these can speed up the entire aging process and lead to dull skin.

3 Ways to Say Goodbye to Your Dull Skin

Unfortunately, there’s no elixir or magic potion available out there that can make you prettier than you are right now. You have to work hard, be patient, and follow my tips for skin care in Dubai diligently. Let’s get to it, then.

1: Go for Double Cleansing

Cleansing your skin at least thrice a week can help you remove oil, dirt, and grime off of it. It can also make you look younger and get your skin glowing in no time too.

However, if you haven’t taken care of your skin in a long, long time, you might need to go for double cleansing. Here’s what you need to do in this aspect –

  • Use an oil-based cleanser, a micellar water, and oil to wipe off the dirt off your face.
  • Follow it up with a face wash to remove the remaining residue from your skin.

Note: Use a lemon-based product to get an instant boost of radiance and freshness.

2: Exfoliate

The cells on our skin, like any other cell in our body, die after a while. And, if you don’t clean them out accordingly, they might clog the pores on your skin and lead to acne.

Hence, if you want to unclog your skin and make it healthier, it’ll be important to exfoliate at least once or twice every week. Here’s how you can do it –

  • Take a mild scrub and move it mildly on your skin. It, in turn, will help you unclog the pores and bring out the cleanliness and brightness of your skin.
  • If you want, you can use a mixture of mild soap and water to exfoliate as well. But it’ll still be a must to apply on your skin.

3: Hydrate Your Skin

Whether it’s your overall health or your skin – keeping yourself hydrated in all conditions will be a must for you. Yes, drinking water is certainly going to be an excellent option in this case.

However, if you want to solely focus on your skin, though, you will need to –

  • Take a bath in lukewarm water and don’t stay under the shower for over five minutes. The more you stay there, the more the water will wash away your natural moisture.
  • Use an oil-based moisturizer on your skin and ensure that you’re using it after coming out of your bathroom. Avoid anything that contains fragrance or dyes.

The Bottom Line

Honestly, keeping up with your skin health can, indeed, be a difficult habit. You have to drink a lot of water, moisturize regularly, and do a little bit of exercise too.

However, that’s not where your responsibility ends, though.

In addition to this, you will also need to follow a strict, healthy diet plan. It must contain a lot of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains to ensure that you are keeping your stomach intact.

Additionally, don’t forget to drink homemade fruit juice every morning as well. It’ll give your skin a boost and increase your energy level to some extent.
